The staff is extra polite and caring, I was in Umbria for a conference and had some difficulties with commuting, so the host gave me a ride more than once. The property was extremely clean, and the breakfast was excellent (the homemade cakes were just delicious).

The location was perfect, walk out your door and into the most beautiful little piazza! The host was very responsive!

This hotel is wonderful in every respect. We were welcomed by the owner Leonardo and his wife and two young children, after which Leonardo gave us a tour of the property which he had renovated himself. Every day we were recommended a restaurant which he booked for us, as well as guiding us about places to visit and where to avoid. The property itself is beautiful, with wonderful views of the surrounding countryside, and the large pool was perfect.

Very charming apartment in medieval building, with modern comforts and facilities. Only a few steps away from the central square and cathedral, right in the middle of the town of Narni. Good size balcony and spacious living room and kitchen.
The house was super close to narni city center and very accessible to restaurants and other attractions nearby.
The house was very cozy and comfortable as it had really good heating, an extremely good toilet and comfortable bed and sofa.

Beautiful old hotel. Rooms were mostly comfortable (couldn't figure out how the AC works). Not as close to the upper city as I had hoped. Short walk from the train station though.
