The hotel is quite modest when it comes to the exterior and decor, but very clean and welcoming because of the friendly and helpful staff and great food. Dinner was excellent and one of the best we had during our 2,5 week stay in Italy (amongst which were 4 star hotels). Good beds and great breakfast.

Breakfast was very good, Dans restaurant was excellent in a relaxing garden atmosphere in the grounds of the castle. The hotel is luxurious, easy to find all facilities cleanliness etc matched the quality to be expected. The castle was very interesting, a lot of original features and decor, but there was a wedding reception on so we could not fully explore.
Free gated safe parking in an underground garage, reasonable wifi (complicated login required - ask reception for help), friendly barman Dimitri, nice bath robes and slippers provided, walking distance to a nice nearby restaurant (the options on the hotel menu looked limited), toiletries provided, the room was large and the bed very comfortable
Clean and pretty fresh hotel, you can park a car right in front door. Breakfast was simple but good enough with fresh croassants and coffee, you need to choose in advance what you want to eat. The room was pretty spacious and comfortable.
The staff was friendly and very helpful. We called the hotel before hand and they let us check in slightly after 10:30 pm.
