We loved the quiet location close to a small lake. Excellent for exploring Como area by car. Easy woodland walk and lakeside walk nearby.
Andrea was a good host, providing a basic breakfast each morning.
Although there is only one bathroom for 3 rooms, the host leaves 2 rooms unoccupied if only 1 room is booked. We therefore had the bathroom for our own private use.

Thanks for apartment with good breakfast. We arrived by car after midnight and kind owner meet us. Good room with huge bathroom and garage parking. For place which is near to Milan is a good room for normal price with breakfast. Will join you once we need to visit Milan again. Many thanks.

View was fantastic with a huge terrace where you can go out for a smoke if you wish. Breakfast was good and the owners of the hotel were really helpful and giving advice where to go and what to look out for as attractions. Room was cleaned every day.

A very very beautiful hotel with a million dollar view on the lake. Huge terraces with big stone vases and sunbeds. Very helpful and polite staff. The restaurant has a Michelin star, is one of the best I have ever visited and not expensive. Just 4 km from Lecco, they are building a new road for those who want to walk there on foot.

We arrived late to the hotel a staff member told us that they have decided to upgrade us to a better room which was an amazing news - the breakfast with a lake view was amazing.

Standard room on the second floor had an entrance view, but it was quiet and sunny on a little balcony, so that was nice.

The hotel was beautiful and our room was exceptional. There isn't really much nearby but we had a car so that was ok and the onsite restaurant is superb (but probably a place for a special occasion / one night). The staff were very helpful and friendly.
