We had a great time at Borgo Piani, Anna and Antonia are super nice hosts, it almost feels like a familiy visit. Big nice rooms with views of the mountains right in the wineyards, delicious homemade breakfast and overall a great experience. They are very welcoming, gave tips what to do and where to eat, and even had a bottle of wine waiting for us at check-in. Nothing to make a stay there amy better!

Rooms: We stayed Standard King Room. The room was huge, well decorated and elegant. The balcony was amazing with view of vineyards. The smell of flowers surround you, when you step out the balcony. Even shampoos and soaps are choosen in an elegant way in the room.At nights, the surrounding of the place is calm and no noice.
Service: Uncomparable with other experiences. The owner/managers of the Villa were so nice, welcoming, helpful for everything. This makes the huge difference with other places I have tried before. We greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service.Heartfelt thanks to everyone who is in charge.

Swimming pool: We didn’t try due to the season. It is outside. Not for swimming but to chill with vineyard view.
The location is excellent for exploring the Barbaresco region, then coming home at night to a comfortable house. The small town of Mango has an excellent butcher shop to buy supplies for cooking in the well-equipped kitchen. (There is even an olive oil and balsamic vinegar supply provided, along with milk, biscuits, and water.) It is an easy drive to Alba and the surrounding countryside is absolutely gorgeous. The views from the house are unbeatable.
Everything! The hotel is very cozy, well decorated and the room is very spacious. It’s a family business and they definitely make you feel at home. I highly recommend it!
