The owner was incredibly helpful and even drove my husband to a ATM and into town to show him where the pooram was going to take place. Always ready to give help and suggestions. The staff were very attentive. It was always nice to return to a warm welcome.

It's a nice place. Historical, fantastic temples and churches. It's getting difficult to get genuine Kerala food. The place is now festering with all kinds of weird Arabian food which invariably starts with Al-.
The waste management in the city is a mess and large mosquitoes from that Shakthan market get everywhere spreading diseases.

I couldn't stay at Trissur due to miss-management of Booking.com. Instead of enjoying the trip, me and my friend had to return home without attending the Pooram Festival due to non availability of a room at Trissur.

I had to cancel my trip just because the hotel denied my check in after reaching at location even after confirmation and advance payment.
Booking.com could not help me to accommodate in any near by places. Had to rush to book my train tickets on same day and returned with cancelled trip. Very horrible experience.

We are very proud of our beloved THRISSUR, THE CULTURAL CAPITAL of Kerala. The people of Trichur are very kind and straightforward and non cheating also. Taxi, auto drivers are kind enough. Trichur is blessed with SREE VADAKKUMNATHAN, PARAMMEL KAVIL BHAGAVATHY and THIRUVAMBADI KANNAN. I feel sorry for not getting my birth at Thrissur.

Town itself is small enough to walk around the centre.
Town itself is small enough to walk around the centre. Archeological museum is moderately interesting and Our Lady of Dolours Church and tower were very impressive. Bazaar area had lots of atmosphere.
Outside the town there are other places- temples, churches, archeological sites and beaches, but need car to reach.
The location was nice, staffs were friendly, had a very quick check-in. Facilities provided were great. Toilets extremely clean. The breakfast was good, the staff in the restaurant were extremely nice and welcoming. We had forgotten an item in our room, on return to the hotel after few hours, I could see the well organised lost and found procedure of theirs. Extremely impressed.
An especial thanks to Gopal for making our stay in Thrissur so memorable. Family room was more than comfortable, with lovely garden view. Included breakfast was delicious, and a great opportunity to chat with other guests. Wariyam Heritage is extremely well located, off a quiet side street, but a relaxed walk across the round to the temple and tasty meals at Hotel Bharath.

The hospitality at the hotel is excellent. Rooms are spacious and close enough to the main area of Thrissur. It's on the highway going towards Guruvayur. Food was delicious and the breakfast spread was very good. Loved the surprise birthday cake. Abhijith at the restaurant was very helpful.
The rooms are clean, bed sheets white and floors tiled.
The neighbourhood is quiet and there is a limited parking space available in the hotel premises.
The hotel staff are polite and speak english if needed. They provided me an early check-in free of charge which is greatly appreciated.

I stayed at this hotel for 7 days and enjoyed the stay. Location is really good and connects to all the major areas in the vicinity. Thrissur city was lacking professional hotels and this one has filled that gap. Would strongly recommend for both business and leisure travel.
It was very pleasant and the staff was very accommodating. The beds were comfy, the air conditioning worked well. There was peace and quiet. Location was nice. Close to transportation, other hotels etc. There was natural light in the room. Price was good.
Aura Residency was very good value for the money. Near to the Sri Vadakkunathan Temple, Parmekavu Bagawathy Temple and Thiruvbady Krishna Temple. Near to the Aura, there is a restaurant called Bharat which is a very good Vegetarian hotel.
The hotel is located in the city center, but at the same time on a quiet and peaceful street. The room was very clean and quiet. Very friendly staff. They allowed me to leave my luggage until the evening after my check out.
