Coimbatore is always a lovely place to be at.
Coimbatore is always a lovely place to be at. Warm people and a great culture to relish. My personal favourite is Isha Ashram, which I visit often, and also some of the places to dine like Anandhas and Sree Annapurna, while you are in the city. This time around, I also happened to visit the Gass Museum, which was very impressive if you are interested to know more about the flora and fauna with their well-researched and documented space, in the midst of a serene forest department campus.

Well connected public transport facilities. City is developed at the same time natural habitation maintained. Good food.Many historical n religious places to visit n learn. Owing to Isha Yoga Center many foreign tourists to be seen. Overall a happening city.

Coimbatore is a city with great temples. Each one requires sone two to three hours and sone or on the outskirts especially maridhumalai, pateeswarar, eeachanari Vinayagar, Velliangiri hills. These temples are very old and both spiritual and architectural marvel. So take care to spend good two to three days. The local cuisine is typical South Indian and you could make a visit to the big eateries Annapurna and Arya Bhavan and have coffee at any of the local Bakeries (you will find bakes in all places ) And yes, don’t miss to visit the Isha Ashram. it is fully worth it. This is also a gateway to Ooty and other nearby towns . Plan your stay accordingly

The room was super clean and the beds were comfy. Everywhere across the common areas in the hotel, sanitizer bottles were placed to ensure extra hygeine during these times.
