The staff were sincere but untrained. The senior lady at the Reception seemed more in control and was helpful. Breakfast was decent but not great. Service was warm and friendly.

The staff were absolutely amazing and Jeswin went above and beyond with all the questions I had. The location is super sweet, right next to the lake with ships cruising past every now and then and a great view of a little island and the backwaters.

It was directly at the railway station which was convenient for us as our train was leaving at 5 in the morning. It was also quiet considering how noisy the station is.

This is a brand new hotel in an excellent location. It is immaculately clean and the staff are super efficient and polite. The in house restaurant The Rice Boat vegetarian is fantastic and unbelievably great value for money. Would not hesitate to stay here again!
We are enjoyed this trip. Useful trip for us. This is the first time we visited this place but beautiful location , peaceful environment, great service, traditional types room, ...... Mr. Akil and Mr Bobin service, care was chanceless. Thanks to both guys.. We will come soon with our entire family
