Facilities were brilliant, staff were exceptional. Connor managed to get us checked in early which we were so grateful for as we arrive at 9am so didn’t have to wait until 4pm. Greatly appreciated.
Although we were an adult group, the facilities for children were excellent and we would come back with our child.

Room was comfortable but overlooking the car park which was a bit noisy. We had dinner in the Indian restaurant which was very good. Breakfast was as you would expect with a hotel of this size - adequate.

Croagh is a lovely small village and enhanced by the lodge garden centre and restaurant. great place to stop over for breakfast, snacks and drinks. Fantastic garden shop and garden centre. Incredible friendly and helpful staff (mainly family run).
There are two wo pubs in village (no food). About 6 kilometers east,on N21 is the most amazing village of Adare. Its got everything, shops, bars , restaurants, and hotels, churches.
its probable the pettiest village I have ever visited in this area.

Ballycannon Lodge is exceptional value for money. Our room would not be out of place in a 5 star hotel. Mary was very friendly and advised us on where to eat. The lodge is part of a complex that includes a garden centre and you can get a good breakfast there from 8 am. It is a few miles from Adare which is a very pretty town and has lots of quality eating establishments.
Great location for Adare and Limerick Greenway -Beautiful large room with excellent decor and large comfortable canopy bed - large shower - good soundproofing no noise from road or other hotel guests - excellent value for money - I would definitely recommend this hotel
