Facilities were brilliant, staff were exceptional. Connor managed to get us checked in early which we were so grateful for as we arrive at 9am so didn’t have to wait until 4pm. Greatly appreciated.

Ballycannon Lodge is a a purpose built facility conveniently located on the N21 adjacent to a garden centre containing a café/restaurant serving breakfasts and snacks. Our room was a good size and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast is served in the café in the adjacent (30m walk) garden centre (not included in the listed price) and was very tasty and good value. There is a very good selection of pubs and restaurants in nearby Adare, 7km along the N21, which is also worth exploring if time is available. Parking is safe and plentiful.
Lovely place. Was pleasantly surprised at how nice the bedroom was. Facilities were top class and of a high standard. Host was very friendly and accommodating. Lovely garden centre next door is an added bonus and ample parking.
