Fantastic staff who knew all our names the first day. Customer service one would expect at a 5 star resort was exceeded. Many activities can be booked through the hotel but the highlight was swimming with the turtles on Gili island. Very quiet resort but still very enjoyable with children.

Very nice and quiet beaches.
Very nice and quiet beaches. If you wish to see Gili islands, but prefer more quiet area this is the location to be. Easy to hop on a boat to visit the islands. Also great tours available to waterfalls and pearl farm. Minus is that this area don't have mini marts or services other than hotels.

Location of the hotel and the restaurant was very good. Very friendly staff and well functionning service.
Transport from and to the hotel very good. Professional and friendly driver. Well prepared sunset boat trip. Friendly and professional staff. Staff was greeting with name from the beginning, nice table welcome with leaves and message. Beautifully decorated bath tub and bed.
One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at! The location is beautiful, the service impeccable, and the rooms are wonderful. We were sad to leave. They offer many thoughtful touches to delight their guests and are extremely attentive. The beach is stunning, and the views are sensational. The breakfast was marvelous. It’s a more than perfect place.

This hotel is wonderful! It's in its own mini jungle garden developed by the hosts and is very tranquil and being here is like a meditation experience. There are birds and fish and beehives, and they make their own honey and roast coffee, plus live music jams on Friday nights.
