Ok, lets start from the welcome experiences, the staffs were very nice, my booking was great eventhough it was lastminute book. they provide great welcome drink and welcome snacks. talk about the room, its quite "enough" space. i didnt believe there is a quite place like this in the city. lets talk about the coffee in the room :) it wasn't nescafe :) instead, they provide you great excellent local dripped coffee choice, gave you also platter mix fruits in the fridge, and mid-day treats! definitely recommended for those who wanna have a layover or break from city vibes for 1-2 days.

Mataram was an excellent, central, starting point if you're planning to tour around Lombok on rental scooters or motorcycles. It's a central point with plenty of food choices and price points, a big mall, nice hotels and small home-stays, alike. You can ride north to the Lombok Wildlife park (about one hour,) south to the beaches around Kuta Lombok (a bit over an hour,) or anywhere you want to explore on the island, and still make it back at night for a good sleep before the next day's adventure begins.

There are few interesting Hindu temples to see. Both shopping malls were very good in the Center there was Starbuck even. In the second shopping mall there was a truly excellent restaurant, on the ground floor, Bilabong. Highly recommended! All in all would not recommend mor ethan 2 days stay there are many nicer places in Lombok.

Great place to stay but it is some distance from the rest of Lombok. A short stroll from the villa is some great food stores serving traditional indonesian food (mostly fish) and all the food is fresh and cheap, however if you would like a drink with your meal no alcohol. Everything else from the villa is a taxi ride away which your hosts will organise for you.

We liked the Mall Epicetruim very much. We watched movie, took dinner.. Over all city was very clean. There was awareness for No Plastic movement. Roads are very good. Cab and it's drivers are well behaved and helpful.

I like the food. I am not a fan of spicy food but I appreciate the spiciness of the food because it has fusion of organic taste and I could taste the culture of the island. The people are friendly and willing to point the direction if you go around the city.

This is a place where you can have good coffee. Numbers of coffee shop around. The city is nice with a big mall. For someone who need a city things, it is a good place just to take a break from quiet beach area
We love everything about this place. Squeaky clean with good quality furniture and facilities, and most importantly, it feels very homey. We go to Mataram very often and are bored of staying in hotels, so Suci's apartment is the best option for us. Our children love it so much as it has spacious space for them to play, we regret that we could not extend our stay but definitely will be back there on our next trip!.. :)

Room is spacious and everything is very clean. Atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable. We stay here already 3 or 4 times, for us this is the best variant to stay in Mataram. I like the area, there are some nice places for dining. we enjoy our stay very much! Thanks to Anika from the reception for the assistance and hospitality.
Beautiful hotel ,get a high room on hotel entrance side facing the mountains ,a amazing view .room was lovely,great TV selection ,great food and reception staff were polite,professional and friendly ,I had a extra night I couldn't stay as my boat ferry moved the schedule forward and the lovely lady at reception gave me a credit night to use within 3 months which was so helpful
We were completely alone in the whole resort. Personal was really friendly and take care of us. Place is quiet and building new. Great swimming pool and local food around Is unbeatable. You should try Kedai Waras Restaurant near here. Absolutely georgeous!! For the price, it Is the best accomodation during my 2 weeks trip in Lombok.

Rooms are clean and well-appointed. This is a true four-star hotel. Rooms are also well-insulated from noise. I had thought the hotel was empty, but was completely wrong. It was full!
The roof-too pool offers an amazing view of the city. Breakfast is impressive. The staff is warm and welcoming.
The garden with the swimming pool , the owner, the staff , they help me with the airline , to book a taxi like uber cheaper to kuta lombok.

Staff are amazing and so helpful. We have stayed here twice and can’t recommend it enough. The beds are also SUPER comfortable and there is a pillow service to order your perfect pillow. Love this hotel.
The room is very nice and matches with the photos on the website. Also, the style is very obvious, industrial. This is a nice place to stay when you need an overnight sleep in the island of Lombok.
