This traditional style 1950s hotel in Lovina is working to keep the original details as envisioned by the family who built it. I love this about the property. With some TLC in the coming months, I believe it will stand out and flourish! It is well situated along the beach with easy access to restaurants, shops, and attractions. The owners work with local businesses to give their guests a fulfilling experience. The restaurant serves up delicious Indonesian and Western food selections. This is a very well priced selection of room types. The garden is well kept, and I was gifted a fresh mango from one of the trees. At this time of year, it is so hot in Bali (30+) that it is difficult to keep any pool clear as glass. The staff work round the clock to maintain this pool, which was renovated last year with new tile and deck surface. It is a worthwhile trip to Lovina to stay at this lovely property, which would make a perfect backdrop for a wedding.

The happy friendly staff obviously enjoy working there. The location is right on the beach and also close to shops and in walking distance from Lovina Central. The gardens are immaculate and a credit to the friendly gardener. The pool is exceptionally clean. Evi at the Spa does an exceptional massage. I was welcomed back this year as though I was an old friend. Aneka is as good value as the hotel where I have stayed for many years and the price is much lower.

Lovina is quiet and that’s about it. We have stayed there twice now and there’s not much to do. We’ve had a go at the dolphins. Fantastic if you don’t mind the sound of around 200 small outboards at 6am in the morning. It was very underwhelming.
Other than that there’s not much to do. Beaches are filled with trash so there’s very little swimming to be had

I was expecting to be able to go for swims but the beach is dirty and the water is worse. Took two trips from here. One to see the dolphins which is a sad experience. Far too may boats ( I counted about one hundred) literally chasing the dolphins as they surface. I also went to a day trip to Menjangan Island snorkeling site and this was very good.

We love Lovina.
We love Lovina. The beach is close and the sunset cocktails are affordable. There are heaps of nice Warungs/Restaurants within walking distance and the snorkelling day trip with the local deer at lunch time was amazing. Lovina isn't packed with loud partying tourists so has a very cool, chilled vibe. Definitely worth a visit 👌

It was a beautiful and quiet place! The rooms were all air conditioned and quite spacious. The view was extraordinary and so was the service from the manager. He made sure he brought us whatever we needed. The place also has a breathtaking view of the sunset!

Lovina is far from the airport and prices are commensurately...
Lovina is far from the airport and prices are commensurately lower. We spent 2 days there and swam with the dolphins, snorkled the reef, visited 4 waterfalls, and a buddhist temple. It's away from the crazy bustle around Denpasar and was lovely. Bit tougher to find things like ATMs or grocery stores as a result, but that didn't stop us from enjoying the trip.

Lots of open spaces plan space to relax, very comfortable beds and bedrooms with excellent air con, lovely clean pool, beautiful sunsets from balcony overlooking beach, a great base to explore this area of Bali. Worth getting a driver for excursions . Well maintained property and garden , 24 hour security, felt completely safe here Perfect for group of friends or family though for younger children would choose the villas to the rear of the property. From the minute you arrive at the beautiful open-air local reception, you feel nothing but very welcomed! The gardens, pool, and actually the whole serene environment make for a gorgeous stay. It's an old Bali style hotel which we absolutely love. Large rooms, lots of space, huge bathrooms, and big verandah for relaxing on. Breakfast included is perfect by the pool. Location great...lots of warungs on the street and beach 100mtrs away. And their gift shop next door is fab too!
A traditional Bali hotel. Everything you need there. Loved being on the beach, walking distance to shops and bars, restaurants etc. unbelievable price and the staff were so happy and friendly. Best chicken spring rolls and beef croquettes all the food cooked fresh. Had a couple of days in the pool ordering nibbles and drinks.
Nice little hotel in Balinese style with nice pool. Rooms with outside sitting area and with a quite big bathroom. Close to the seaside but in a quiet street. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Very good value for the price.
