Location of the apartment is great. Just 20-30meters ti the beach, 400m from the city center. Pool, lanscape and whole building looks very nice and comfy. Owners were very polite and they do the cleaning for check in before scheduled time, as we arrived at 11AM and we are gratefull for that. Cosy balcony that we unfortunatelly haven't use because of the moody weather.
Villa Aqua is located in Žaborić near Šibenik. It is only 20 m away from a beautiful natural sandy beach. The surroundings are very peaceful and relaxing.

The property is managed by a friendly old lady. Her english is not perfect but she compensated with her friendliness and hospitality. The view from the balcony was very nice. There was also private parking available which we appreciated. Can only recommend

Great, silent location, the flat is very comfortable. Stores are in five minutes - , beaches are in two minutes walk distance, the sea is as shown. The shower could be a little bigger, but doesnt really matter.
The hardness of the beds' matress is at least 9 /10 - in room 4 - what we loved.
Sandra is adorable; very friendly and helpful person, it was a nice to meet her.
Near the house there is a shaded parking spot in one line for 3-4 cars.

wonderful litlle place with spacious beaches, the most beautiful is the sandy beach in the west at the end of the place towards Sibenik, close to small uninhabited islands available with soup, perfect view of the Sibenik archipelago, close to the island of Krapanj, the lowest island in Croatia with a sponge museum, clean sea, cozy restaurants, excellent departure points for trips to the National Parks: Krka, Kornati, Paklenica - Velebit; near by to historic cities with world heritage under the protection of UNESCO: Sibenik, Trogir, Split.

Žaborič has changed quite considerably in the last 20 years, and unfortunately for the worse. It used to be a village where there were not so many tourists, hotels, etc. Gradually, complexes are being built here, but the infrastructure does not correspond to this and the formerly half-empty coast is now filled with lying tourists. This used to be exceptional. But still, in my opinion, it is one of the most beautiful places and we are happy to return here.

Beautiful small village. Calm, clean, quiet. Few minutes from bigger town Šibenik- city center is beautiful, but there was a little problem with parking space. Near to Krka national park.
There is beautiful caffe bar in Zaboric names SHARK - very attractive place at beach.

On Zaboric beach, there are nice little beach bars and cafés...
On Zaboric beach, there are nice little beach bars and cafés such as the “Pomalo” or the “Shark Bar” (as we visited Kuca Mira off-season, they were closed, but as we already spent a summer holiday in another home not far away, we know the places and can highly recommend them for food & drinks). During this past summer visit, we also discovered the multiple possibilities of leisure activities in the area. From adventurous canyon zip-lining over visits to stunning old villages to the breathtaking waterfalls of Krka national park, there’s loads of things to do, and most of it is just a short drive away from Zaboric. If you’re into running, you might enjoy the small walking path along the sea – if you run south, you can easily clock of several miles!
Well first of all I want to mention, that the hosts were really amazing. They were helpful and kind to us. We got a gift - bottle of local wine.
Apartment itself was ok. Pool was nice. Free parking was ok, maybe was too hard to use it, since it was packed.
There was a grocery shop, close the apartment.

Olivia, the owner of the house is an exceptional person. Upon arrival, she welcomed us, showed us everything and all the time made sure that we did not miss anything. Thanks to her, our holiday in Zaboric was amazing.
At the same time, we appreciate that guests can use paddleboards, scooters and hooverboards free of charge. During the entire 10 days of our vacation, we did not find anyone bored.
Very nice and clean apartment 100m from the sea shore and with a very nice pool. The apartments has everyghing you expect, especially a good airconditioning unit. Very friendly owners.
Zaboric has a very nice and clean beach with some good bars and restaurants. There are also some nice tourist attractions close by like KRKA national park, Primosten, Zadar etc.
Perfectly clean, air - condition in each room operating independently. Swimming pool cleaned regurarly. Host greatly balancing availability while respecting privacy. Zaboric is a wonderful location to spend family holidays (restaurants, grocery shop, attraction and playground for kids). And yes - there is a beach with the bar in walking distance :-)
The apartament was clean and very comfortable. Everything you need when you stay away from home for over a week - you find there. Pefectly preapared for guests. Nice location - quiet and comfortable. Very helpful and communicative hosts. From Zaboric you can easily get to Split, Krka, Makarska. We had a great time. Will miss this place!
The apartment is new, comfortable, clean and really well equipped. Jadranka- the host is very nice and helpful person. Żaboric is peaceful place, the beach is trim and beautiful. I recommend it for everybody who wants have a rest in pretty place.
