Excellent large apartment with three bedrooms, living/dining/kitchen area, two bathrooms and two balconies. Kitchen is fully equipt. Apartment has a dishwasher and a washing machine. There is enough parking space on the property.
Location is excelent. Map on booking.com shows wrong location, the house is actualy about 200m from Beach bar Gaj, which is on, in my opinion, the best beach in Brodarica.

Very calm, small and offering a very comfortable Rezaliste beach with huge parking free of charge. Situated in a very picturesque place close to Sibenik city. A lot of small marinas, one bigger dock with ferry to neighbouring Krapnj Island. Perfect place for long walks.

A really quiet town in our experience, not much night life,...
A really quiet town in our experience, not much night life, which is great for families and people who just want to rest.
As for restaurants, most of them are busy but we were able to get a table without booking.
We found only one café where they offered lactose free options for milk, and even they ran out of it for the next day.
Locals are helpful and nice to tourists.

Brilliant hosts, lovely small garden at our disposal as well as the patio in front of the appartement. The accommodation was very well situated for taking the ferry across to the neighbouring Krapanj island as well as a local bus to the nearby historic town of Šibenik.

It is a small town with a newly built beach.
It is a small town with a newly built beach. Good infrastructure. Well thought out. Monument lovers can visit nearby Sibenik or Split. A great place to relax (there is no crowds and commerce) and you can easily get to beautiful beaches.
We stayed almost 3 weeks of August in the apartment on the 1st floor with garden view and it completely and absolutely provided us everything we needed and expected. Fully furnished, all-round new equipment from floor to ceiling, neat, tidy and clean on all levels. Our car parked directly in front of house was great. All this together with extra-super host Ivan who is 100% responsive and helpful means a happy and joyful vacation in Brodarica. We for sure had it!

There was very clean and pleasant in the apartman.Everything we needed was at home including the washing machine and dishwasher. Beautiful view from the balcony to the see.🦑🐟🐠.Only 5 minutes by the walk to the best beach 🏖 in Brodarica.
Only 2 km by car 🚘 to the big shopping 🛒 center and 5 km to the Old town Šibenik.
I think we will return for sure to Nada Apartman next time
We loved the place. We stayed 6 nights (2 adults & 2 kids). Host was friendly and helpful. Apartment was spacious and very clean. All was new. It had 2 balconies with view to see. It has air conditioning. The best was the location, beach was on walking distance, local store and restaurant too. By car you have supermarket and 2 very nice and turistic cities near by: Šibenik and Primošten. It also had a private parking.
We stayed 5 nights at Villa Ana, and everything was perfect. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, equipped with everything you need it, beautiful sea view❤ The host was very kind and well intentioned. The main beach from Brodarica it's very beautiful, with small rocks, perfect for kids, there is even a covered playground for kids and many other activities to do.

We spent our summer vacation at the Hotel Spongiola, the location is wonderful and staff was always helpful. The breakfast and dinner were really good and diverse. There is a small pebble beach in front of the hotel where water is perfect for kids there with an area where the water is not to deep and the kids can play safe. We plan to come back in the next years.
The apartment was modern and well equipped. We had a great view from the balcony. The host was very nice and helpfull, if we needed anything. The localization quiet, 5 min walk from the nearest shop and the bus stop (bus going to Sibenik every hour), 10 min walk from Rezaliste Beach, where you can spend all day. We had a great stay and would highly recommend.
Everything was great. The apartment had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. Location is near beach only 5 min walk. The windows have mosquito net- that's a huge PLUS!
There is a small playground in backyard, my daughter loved it.
Town Šibenik is near, only 10 min drive.
Quiet & Clean. Our hosts were great, even got homemade ohoravac (walnut schnapps). Not too far from Sibenik old town. Stores nearby & not too much traffic. Drive into old town goes straight to underground parking at 10 kuna/hour.Everyone was friendly & the place is really clean, the rooms are basically soundproofed.

I have been in Croatia many times, but this is the best apartment in Brodarica. 🤩 Close to the beach, shops, restaurants, car wash and everything you need. The hosts are very kind, and we even received a gift. 🤗 Really quiet, modern and clean apartment!

The facility offered a great value for the money. The location was great - 3 mins walk to the beach, 10 mins drive to Sibenik. The landlord was kind, let me check-out later, I appreciate that. The apartment was intially quite cold, but the aircon heated up the room promptly.
Very clean and nice place, realy closed to the beach and bus stop to Sibenik. The owner was very kind an helpful, he waited us with cold drinks and snaks. We highly recommend this place for spending your holiday.
