I enjoyed my stay at the property and thought it was excellent value. I chose the basic room with an external bathroom but this was absolutely fine. Also access to a shared terrace room with kettle and fridge.

Apartment (ground floor) is very comfortable and well equipped. Everything looks like just new.
It is also very well located just few meters from Preko center but still far away from crowd. You can have a very relaxing and calm time if you only need.
It is also very close to ferry, 10 min of walking.
Hosts are very friendly and helpful.

The host was very cordial to us. Everything was perfect. Close to the sea. The area was very interesting, very quiet, but we found everything there. A supermarket is located near the apartments. The host picked us up from the ferry and was really kind and hospitable.

Lovely spacious apartment in a beautiful part of the world, excellent hosts who picked us up from the ferry and dropped us off again. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.
Ugljan is gorgeous: green, authentic. In the village of Ugljan just a couple of restaurant but of high quality with fresh food (you can also buy your fish in the morning market at the harbour). More restaurants in Preko. To visit the island is very easy, in 20 minutes you go from Ugljan to Preko. Strongly suggested the beach of Muline, Preko for the evening (more restaurants and bars than in the other villages of the island) and the S. Michel fortress at sunset.

Ugljan Island is a perfect blend of relaxation in nature and the goodness of civilization. The city of Zadar is close if you want the bustle of the city, but if you want peace and quiet you can find a quiet beach on the west side of the island.
Both the property and the location are simply amazing! First we planned to travel frequently to the “main” land or other islands, but then felt so comfortable and in peace, that spent most of days by the villa, enjoining the nearest beaches, the pool and gorgeous view on the sunsets. Property is very well maintained, has everything you need even for the longer stay, and was spotlessly clean. The contact with the owner was great, we got a number of useful tips of what to do and where to go.

The beaches, markets and restaurants are less than 500 meters away. Clean water, with both sand and stone beaches.
The hosts were welcoming and very helpful, including lending me a bike and an electric scooter. Several interesting bicycle tracks and hiking trails.
Many interesting places - monasteries, churches, castle ruins and monuments - to visit on both Ugljan and Pašman (the islands are connected with a Bridge).
Josif, the host is a very nice person, he gave us a warm welcome. He speaks German and Croatian. The apartment is a bit small for four persons, but we appreciated the terrace. It's just a bit too hot (but there is conditioned air that we tried to not use for ecological reasons). The biggest issue are mosquitoes, but apart from that is a practical accommodation, close to the beach.
Super friendly and helpful host, welcomed us with baclava, chicken soup for kids (we had both for another couple of days) and drinks, was always ready to help/answer questions. Apartment was exceptionally clean. We were 2 adults with 2 kids (2&5). We brought our bikes what made the island's best beaches within our range and made the location perfect. We had a really good time.
Super friendly hosts, Josip and his wife are wonderful and made our stay amazing! Good location, walking distance to the centre of Ugljan. Very, very clean, we couldn't find any dust! Good beds, even a baby bed was arranged (which the baby loved) well equipped apartment. We loved the barbecue and swimming pool. Overall 10 out of 10!!
Nice and clean apartment in the most beautiful (and calm) area of the island. It's possible to go there by bus (and walk) - the accomodation has really good bikes available to explore the area. The owners are super nice and friendly, they even drove us to the starting point of a hike. We would love to come back!
The studio is tidy, well equipped. There are enough towels and everything else you might need. The bedding is clean. The house is in a quiet location near the sea, shop and restaurants. The host is friendly and willing to help with information about restaurants, beaches and other information.
Fantastic house with plenty of outside spaces. Excellent furniture, lots of tools for cooking, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, outdoor shower... there Is everything to spend a comfortable holiday on the Island. The host Is very nice and available to any request for help.
This is an old hotel with a pool and only 100-150m from the beach. You can have excellent relaxing time in this family managed hotel. Owners are supped kind and so they best to make your stay very special. I’m really recommend this place.
