We really liked the stay here, the apartment is very spacious and has everything you need (even first-aid kit, needles, anti-mosquitos, etc.), the grill was great, kitchen fully equipped (just I would personally prefer different wine glasses, but that's just me). The view is super! Lots of places where to sit and relax. For 2-4 people it is really great.

Very close distance to the beaches and to Opatia , Rijeka, Pula, local LIDL supermarket, Plodine supermarket also too close , bakeries which provides fresh burek,fresh pizzas, fresh bread and freshly made cakes especially Trileçe, restaurants and coffee bars, lovely food. The beautiful nature and the lovely plants around especially oleanders 😃 also very clean streets !

Matulji is a cute place next to Opatija. Riviera is beautiful and you can walk from Matulji to Opatija and further via wonderful walking trail by the sea. It has nice coffe bars and restaurants next to the sea. It’s peaceful and dreamy place.
It is one of the best apartments we have visited in terms of having all kitchen and other equipment and gadgets, conformity, and cleanness. It has a very nice private garden where you can dine. It is practically surrounded by forests as the location is quite high above Rijeka in the Matulji settlement. So the location is quiet and natural but because of that access is steep.
Marine, the host is super careful and very nice. We were surprised with a glass of cold sparkling wine for welcome.
I recommend warmly the apartment.
The apartment was large and well equipped. There even was an area in the yard with a grill, hidden from direct sunshine so you can have freshly grilled meat even in hot summer and not die from heat. The host is very friendly and talkative and even offered us a welcome drink and some fruit from his garden. There is a nice, friendly and playful cat living near the house which both we and our 2 year old son appreciated. This was probably the best experience staying in apartments in Croatia so far.
Very nice and cosy apartment, absolutely clean, new and fully equiped. Very hospitable and nice hosts, I would like to thank them that way again for everything! The location is very calm and evenings on the terrace were perfect. 10 minutes by car to nice beach in Icici or Opatija, grocery 5 minutes by walk. We had everything what we needed. I can absolutely recommend!
It was clean, the supermarket is a 5 minute walk, has a nice terrace, Lidija is very welcoming and nice! All the cutlery was there with the dishes, you have a small fridge and a dishwasher. It was very quiet and enjoyable. We were only there for one night, but we'll have them in mind for future stays in Matulji.
The apartment is very modern, stylish, clean and peaceful. Full of home comforts, conveniently located with a Lidl in walking distance. 10-15€ for a taxi to Opatija I’d you didn’t fancy driving.

Everything was perfect. The host was really attentive and friendly. The view from apartment it was really nice. Few minutes with car to center of Opatija. The apartment was just like in pictures. Everything was fine.
Location was key. Plus was AC and pool. Friendly family atmosphere with super Croatia hospitality from the staff. Grateful for finding this treasure spot in Matulji. Train tracks were also item of interest.
