Very good contact with the owners, very quick responses to messages and questions. We were met by the owner Blanca and shown all apartment that is located at the ground flor of the building with owners living upstairs. Very comfortable one bed apartment with spacious living room, modern bathroom and fully equipped kitchen (including coffee machine). Three separate entrances (main on the side, kitchen doors in front and patio doors leading to the living room at the back. Cable TV with many English speaking channels ready on main TV in the living room. Big swimming pool available for kids with easy access and big garden at the rear. Apartment has a truble-free access via remotely controlled gate, allowing for a safe stay without worries over car security. A lot of restaurants and supermarkets nearby (closest Plodine is 3 min drive away). Overall it was a very comfortable stay in a very quiet part of Kastav, we have had a great night sleep and rest.

Stay in Kastav for a better feeling of how the locals live and for views you would not get to appreciate on the flat. Top of the hill in Kastav by the church will provide you with some excellent restaurants. Would highly recommend eating out there while enjoying the sunsets!!

A surprise, we did not know it had a nice little town to have a walk, enjoy the view and drinks. There are also trails starting from the old center, which we discovered too late unfortunately. Would have loved some hiking. Beautiful area! Nice an friendly people.
Beautiful - big, light and airy apartment on the hill above the bay, within short distance of Kastav and Opatija. The apartment is downstairs and has a balcony plus a nice, shaded seating area in the garden, ideal for a nice dinner outside. Part of the garden is on the apartment side and away from the owners entrance, so is very private and enjoyable. The aprtment is equipped with everything you need including reverse cycle A/C. The owners are a super-friendly couple and very attentive. They even treated us to a breakfast with pancakes.

Very nice and cozy apartment in the center of Kastav. The apartment has everything you need and more, the room sectioning is comfortable, all in all very clean and comfy. The hosts are very friendly and ready to help. There is a supermarket down the road and some restaurant which are right by the appartment. There is also a beautiful terrace with a nice view. We were very pleased with our trip!
Very nice and clean 2 bedrooms + Living room + big kitchen + wardrobe room + bathroom + wc + great and sunny terrace + big pool. Nearly new, well furnished, great and good value for money. Very friendly owners. The ping-pong table near the pool has been used a lot by us. Carpark is save. Plenty of privacy.
Once we return to this part of Croatia, we will rent again.
Apartment Alba Chiara was a very nice place to stay and explore the beautiful Croatian coast. Daniel and Patricia gave us a warm welcome and wanted us to have a good time. Their apartments are beautifully decorated and cozy. We were their very first Dutch guests and we hope many more will come and enjoy their wonderful place.
Unfortunately, the requested type of beds could not be provided to us, but the staff informed us in advance. Family business hotel with very kind service - we felt like our own. Very delicious and thoughtful dinner (huge portions ;)) and breakfast. Really beautiful view from the balcony. Would like to come back again
The apartment is in the best location in Kastav, owners are very communicative and friendly. Free parking is available all the time and is very close to the apartment (~20m). The apartment itself is quite spacious for 2 people, its clean, has everything that you might need. I definitely recommend this place.
Very beautiful city - old in Croatian style. Well equipment apartament, where is everything what you need. Really, everything! Very helpful and awesome owners. If you need something, always your can ask them. I think one of the best places where i have been.
Excellent location in Old Town Kastav, with private parking. Modern design of the rooms, with spacious bathroom. Good reliable wi-fi. Restaurant attached to the hotel makes it very convenient for fine dining. Breakfast was excellent.
Great and cosy place. Good location to trip around north Croatia with a car. Spacious parking (even though you need some skills to reverse into it). Was lovely to sit in the evenings in the balcony and just relax with the sea view.
Comfy and spacious place, well appointed, close to Kastav historic centre, a bakery and a coffee / bar. Nice and helpful hosts. Great views across the whole seaside area. Definitely worth the price, suitable for couples 🙂
This is a lovely, family run hotel with friendly and welcoming owners. It was clean and comfortable. We had a meal in the restaurant in the evening which was first class. I had eggs for breakfast which were freshly cooked.
We loved our stay in Kastav! The hosts were very friendly and the apartment was spacious and clean. There was a beautiful view from the terrace. The hottub was pleasant. Location close to Rijeka.
Very clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. Large. Stayed only for night solo so its OK for the purpuse. Breakfast is delicious altho very limited ! I supose location is superb if visiting Kastav.
Cozy, quiet place with gorgeous restaurant and wines. We have enjoyed staying there for 2 nights and having best dinner during our stay at Croatia. Breakfast was also excellent.
