Froso welcomed us very friendly. She explained everything. Very nice hotel directly at the beach, with parking place. We stayed for 14 days in Vrachos. The room was very clean, it was cleaned every day. We went to different restaurants in the area at night. With Greek cuisine, very tasty. We made some excursions: Kayaking on the river Acheron, dolphin watching tour, Nikopolus. We drove to some villages around and visited Preveza and Parga. Very nice vacation. Thank you.

Excellent apartment on two floors. Spacious, clean, right in front of a fantastic beach and on top of a bakery! The hosts were very welcoming and we regret that we didn't stay more nights. We strongly recommend Terra Cotta and definitely are coming back in the future!

The room was nice and very clean. It had everything one could need on vacation. Villa has a parking lot and located 15 meters from beautiful beach, fast foods, restaurants, market etc. Our room also had a nice balcony with sea view where you can relax at mornings and night listening to waves, like you're at the beach itself.
Owners are very friendly, helpful and available entire day whenever you need anything.
Full recommendation. If and when we come back to Vrachos, we will spare our time looking for other Villas as this one fulfilled our expectations completely.
Long open streches of lounge-lined beaches. Not fine sand but sandy none-the-less. Shallow waters make it excellent for youngsters and non-swimmers. It is calm and warm, after the first shock of plunging in, at the end of May, with soft sand beneath your feet. The shoreline is stoney however, but only along a small area of the beach. The sun is bursting at about 28-30 degrees. There are many flowers everywhere and it's quite green off the beaches. Stunning views as you drive around the coast.

It is a quiet place.
It is a quiet place. No loud music, sandy beach, very clean water. Not to many things to see or do, but ideal if you are looking for a a quiet place to swim or sunbath. The children loved it, so did we. In the weekend the number of tourists went up, but didn't get overcrowded.
If you want to experience greek life in a greek house with see view this is the place to do it. It is not a luxury mansion but a tradirional greek house with great owners that made us feel welcomed.
Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom and a terrace.
The owner brought us fruits and vegetable from his garden to taste them and the grapes were there for us to pick and eat.
The beach is a sand beach, great for kids and pets are accepted both in the house and on most part of the beach.
The place was clean, everything was ok. The beds were confortble, clean shets. The apartmens were spacious and pleasant.
The owner was wery polite and try to help in every sityation.
There were a couple of sunbeds on the beautiful beach that we can use for free (maube beacuse it was low season)

The hotel is fantastic. Staff extremely friendly and approachable. The rooms are spacious and clean. The maids came every day and maintained the hygiene of the space, changing the bed linen and towels every other day. The location is great, on the beach, which is beautiful itself. The hotel bar is also great, as are the taverns next door. Overall, a great experience.
I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Hotel Olympiada in Vrachos! The breathtaking view of the crystal-clear waters and golden sandy beach was a sight to behold from my comfortable and well-appointed room. The staff's warm hospitality and attention to detail truly made me feel at home throughout my stay.
Magical spot up in the mountain with amazing views and complete silence! The villa is modern and equipped to a very high standard, is kept very clean and well maintained by the lovely Mr Pappas. Perfect for relaxation and still only a few minutes by car will get you to beach, shops and restaurants.
