Staff were friendly and welcoming and the room was clean with nice little touches like a personalised welcome note and some sweets to enjoy! I ate in restaurant and the food was delicious, they were offering a 2 course Spring menu which had enough choice to make it a good option for my 2 night stay.

The place was really clean and welcoming, lovely and quiet. Nice way to escape everyday life and relax. The staff are really friendly and explained everything you need to know on arrival. Also the lake is nice with benches to stop and enjoy the evening

Unpleasant experience starting from the very unwelcoming and rude reception who did not even greeted me first but instead asking for a quick check in. While the plus points for me were value for money (location - proximity to the airport) the unpleasant reception made my experience an unfortunate one.
