Location and surroundings were superb. Very welcoming.

Needing accommodation near M5 I chose The Bridge Inn having stayed here before. I booked two rooms a family room and a double. All rooms were spotlessly clean.
We stayed at the bar for the evening and enjoyed good quality food at a great price. (BLC discount helped)
We followed the food with a few beers, a game or two of pool before hitting the sack. Great breakfast the following day too.

Property was old room stunk very stale !!! Person on arrival was rude stunk of fags looked dirty and no communication skills whatsoever. Actually worst place I’ve ever stayed . Lady on reception was actually vile !!!

Unpleasant experience starting from the very unwelcoming and rude reception who did not even greeted me first but instead asking for a quick check in. While the plus points for me were value for money (location - proximity to the airport) the unpleasant reception made my experience an unfortunate one.
