It was very convenient for the Crucible. The room was quite big, it had a little sofa(bed). The bed was comfortable. The shower was a cubicle.

The manager was excellent: friendly and efficient. We could drop our bags early and had no problem getting in through codes and keysafe. It was good value and handy for everywhere we needed to be. Would prefer hotel in future myself but would recommend for anyone on a budget.

Friendly staff. We had a room upgrade and it was beautiful - big, clean, separate sofa/coffee pod area, slipper bath in the bedroom area. Clean and modern rooms. Lovely rainfall shower. Breakfast was fab too.

Room was comfortable and quiet though not very big, breakfast was very good - comprehensive choice, hot things were hot, cold things were cold. Staff were all extremely good, friendly, helpful and attentive. The area is a bit run down, but it was very handy for the Crucible and discounted city centre car parking was right next door.
