Despite the major refurbishment project going on, it was hardly noticeable and the staff dealt with all our questions and my additional needs as a wheelchair traveller exceptionally well. They were all friendly, polite, thoughtful and aware of my needs. It’s clear that they’ve all received a high level of training and they want to make your stay the very best it can be.

Location was brilliant, approximately a 5 minute walk to both the city centre and to the canal. Staff were fantastic, really friendly and helpful, excellent customer service. Our room was very clean with everything you would need and the bed was really comfortable. Our evening meals and breakfasts were plentiful, tasty and fantastic value for money. We will definitely be staying again.
