We stayed only one night but we enjoyed our stay there. Easy to get there, easy to park and few shops next to it that make all easier.
Staff was kind and helpful and room comfortable and cleaned .

Breakfast was great and we were served by a lady called Saima who was an absolute treasure! Due to our little one, we arrived at breakfast late and she still accommodated us and waited for us to finish (I even had to breastfeed and she happily waited and allowed me to enjoy my food). She kept the breakfast area spotless and was always on hand to assist.

Toilets, kettle, carpet, spoons etc were fithy.
Had a power fuse thrice thoughbthe reception came quickly on calling and sorted by switching it back on. My kids were terrified of the dark and my husband had to go to the reception at 10:30 at night to call the lady.
Breakfast was not halal, I paid for 4 kids £4.50 each only to find out at the breakfast place that they don't have much choice over there for us. They should have mentioned that when we were paying for it. Also, breakfast was cold and served in takeaway boxes. Breads were only served on asking. Why can't they make it 'help yourself' kind so we can fetch what we wish by ourselves. Everything felt overpriced from the room to the breakfast.

Excellent, on the first morning we stayed we had to be away first thing, so the very helpful lady running the breakfast service gave us a brown carry out bag and the assisted our young 8 year old daughter to get some pastries and spread, was very stressful morning for us made so much better by the attention given by your great team. Following day sat down for our breakfast in easily the most relaxed eating environment of any hotel we have ever stayed in, breakfast exceeded expectations well cooked great presentation and wide variety of choice for all.

Warwick town was quite quiet with very little to do.
Warwick town was quite quiet with very little to do. Lots of coffee shops, pubs. Not many shops. The castle is obviously there to visit however it was very heavy rain that day hence not the ideal time to walk around the castle and its grounds. Would not visit again.

Lovely county town.
Lovely county town. Lots of independent shops and cafes - and so many cuisines available - (a cream tea at the Lord Leycester Hospital in the stunning Great Hall was a highlight). Warwick Castle is a treasure - must visit. Lots to see and do in the town itself and nice walks along the river in St Nicholas Park. Will definitely be going back.

Do try and stay Saturday and Sunday if you can, the castle and its grounds will easily take up most of the day and you cannot visit without seeing the rest of Warwick town. All accessible walking so you can park up the car and relax in a beautiful town with so much to offer

Nice place.
Nice place. Unfortunately I was there for just a night and a day spent in the Castle. We ate at the only place open at 7 pm, a pub in the main square, quite expensive, I took a beef meat dish, quite good but with too many potatoes and poor in vegetables, as per description. My friend took a sea bass dish and she liked it. The town seems quite modern, I expected an old little town..
Next day the Castle. This is quite interesting even if with too many reconstructions and restorations. The external location is beautiful and has interesting points to be seen, as the towers. They made many types of attractions in order to engage visitors. The interiors show many rooms of recent periods, enriched by wax figures in period clothing.
All quite expensive in my opinion. I think a family spends too much if you include everything, from accommodation to entrance and parking tickets, also because they also charge children aged 2 and over.
In any case I enjoyed my little trip.. Except the weather! But I'm Italian and so I.m a little spoiled on many subjects.. :)

Did Warwick castle the day we arrived ( as gaining entry to accomodation wasn't 'til 15:00 ). Excellent VFM. Paid extra for the Dungeons.
Bit of a walk from the car park ( altho' courtesy bus available ) .
Easily spend the full day exploring/watching free shows .
Would try to avoid peak times- w/e's- and school hols if you are not taking children.
Good base. We spent a day exploring Stratford ( if you do that make sure you visit the Butterfly Farm-it's epic!! ).
Warwick centre is good for pubs/ restaurants etc- lots of choice but a lot close during the week so choice then is very limited.
The room was clean and lovely. Had everything required - tea / coffee facilities, a place to hang a few clothes, storage for suitcase. Comfy pillows and duvet. Ensuite shower room was really clean. Proper quality towels, love the 'make up take off' dark flannel provided.
The breakfast was fantastic. Selection of juices. Glasses of yogurt with fresh fruit, granola, croissants, jam. Beautifully cooked eggs Florentine. Had food envy for the full English too!!
Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.
The hotel location could not have been more convenient for Warwick town centre, bars and restaurants.
The staff, especially the newly-drafted-in manager, could not have been more friendly or courteous.
The cooked breakfast was excellent, albeit there was no buffet but table service only.
Despite not having any parking facilities at the hotel (though there is a drop off zone), the public parking just across the road was very convenient and reasonable at £6 per 24 hours.
Staff were pleasant and professional property was clean and room was nicely sized for our family. We had food and drink in the restaurant that was not only served quickly but the portions were very generous. Breakfast was undoubtedly the best part of our stay with so much choice and cooked to perfection. Hotel is literally 2 minutes down the road so is a perfect base if your visiting local tourist attractions like Warwick castle. All in all a perfect stay, thank you.
Marco, who runs the bar and restaurant, is just a total star. What a guy - he would not be out of place in a five star London hotel or restaurant.
I've not been to The Warwickshire for about six months, but the second I walked in on Tuesday night he greeted me across the whole room with a big shout, and even remembered my favourite drink which he had on my table within minutes. Absolutely love him - and Italy won as well; Good Karma is truly "a thing"!!!
Quirky little boutique hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff. Clean, cheerful, spacious and practical room. Good breakfast, full English plus cereal, yoghurt, juices and toast.
Parking onsite. Walk to Warwick castle. Sainsbury’s next door was useful for us as we were touring by car and could restock our picnic supplies.
Loved everything about this hotel from the traditional pub feel inside to the spacious modern outdoor garden area. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was one of the best I have had. All this and the location is excellent for Warwick and the race course. Free parking as well.
Excellent lunch time meal. Unhurried, no pressure. Best apple crumble and custard of the vacation.
Prompt response and help when we had difficulty with the tv.
General kindness and helpfulness from the staff.
We'd stay here should we visit Warwick again. Visiting from Canada.
The Hotel was lovely and well positioned for Warwick - the castle, activities and restaurants.
Phone calls - excellent clear, helpful and precise. Welcome on arrival and leaving was great, staff very helpful with everything down to parking, which is always a bonus.
The staff was extremely kind to us.
the location of the hotel close to the historic city center is very good. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs close to the hotel (5min walk).
We saw even a peacock in the back yard of the hotel :)
Central location in Warwick. The hotel is split into two buildings: we stayed in the building in front of the pub. Very quiet. The pub (were you have breakfast) is very nice and the staff very friendly. Also very good breakfast.
Very disappointed
On arrival I was made aware there was no breakfast the next day even though I had book this and apparently the hotel was full which didn’t make sense.
