Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Hotel was in a great location with nice grounds. Bedroom and bathroom nice and clean and a good pressure shower which was great. Bottles of water in bedrooms, but no fridge so water was warm.

Everything was good apart from the shower. The complaint was dealt with politely and to our satisfaction.

Plenty to do even if the castle is not visited. St Nicholas Park, St Mary’s church tower has fabulous views, some lovely Victorian gardens, interesting shops and eating places. Plenty more if we had stayed longer.

Took a boat out on the Avon for the best view of the Castle in town. The Mill Garden is also a must do for views of the river and castle. The Lord Leycester is also a wonderful place to see. Was a perfect place to spend a sunny day.

A lovely little town with lots of restaurants and, of course, the castle.
Many interesting places to visit in the area. Lots of National Trust properties within striking distance. Stratford just down the road.

Warwick town was quite quiet with very little to do.
Warwick town was quite quiet with very little to do. Lots of coffee shops, pubs. Not many shops. The castle is obviously there to visit however it was very heavy rain that day hence not the ideal time to walk around the castle and its grounds. Would not visit again.

Lovely county town.
Lovely county town. Lots of independent shops and cafes - and so many cuisines available - (a cream tea at the Lord Leycester Hospital in the stunning Great Hall was a highlight). Warwick Castle is a treasure - must visit. Lots to see and do in the town itself and nice walks along the river in St Nicholas Park. Will definitely be going back.

Do try and stay Saturday and Sunday if you can, the castle and its grounds will easily take up most of the day and you cannot visit without seeing the rest of Warwick town. All accessible walking so you can park up the car and relax in a beautiful town with so much to offer
After reading reviews I was worried about staying but we had a lovely time! This place is a beautiful old building but comes with the problems of an old building, if you’re used to new built chain hotels this place is very different but full of character.
Staff were all very pleasant, room was spacious and we enjoyed the novelty of having stairs in our room up to our bedroom. bathroom was nice.
good choice for the price at breakfast.
lovely gardens (though could do with a bit of weeding)
All staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. The hotel was stunning, lots of places to sit quietly. There are some beautiful rustic features at the hotel, including the windows and exposed brick walls. The pictures around the hotel are of the local area with many of Warwick Castle. The rooms are tastefully decorated, with a generous amount of tea and coffee in the rooms.
Friendly hosts who made us both feel welcome from the start. This b and b is a short walk from the main town where pubs and restaurants can be found in plentiful number.
Ample parking available on site to the rear of the b and b via a rear access. Breakfast very good. A good base from which to explore Warwick, the castle and the wider area of Warwickshire as well.
Good location for exploring parts of Warwickshire and visiting friends. Evening meals excellent quality. Staff particularly helpful when found that hair straighteners had been left at the property by mistake. Ample car parking. Room very accessible. Comfortable lounge area was an added extra when meeting friends.
The room was pleasant, good-sized, and what I expected, really. Bathroom was fairly good too. The staff were lovely and the location was fairly close to Warwick town centre/Warwick Castle. Breakfast was included and was delicious. There was a McDonalds literally next door to the hotel, which was convenient.
Proximity to walk to Warwick Castle was great.
Quiet & comfortable. Nice fluffy large towels and comfy beds/bedding. Modern bathroom.
Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast included. The room had everything we needed. Wish we had arrived a little earlier to enjoy a drink down in the bar.
We had a courtyard room, which was very nice. Staff all friendly. Pub/ hotel is not on the most attractive street, but only a short walk to the centre of Warwick.
Breakfast is very good. Bar has a good selection of real ale and is cheap.
good sized bedroom with en suite shower , bed was super comfy.
Breakfast was great , one of the best we have had.
Park cottage is in an ideal location for walking into Warwick town centre and Warwick Castle.
Definitely recommend .
A beautiful spacious apartment with allocated parking space. The host was very friendly and always helpful. I would definitely stay there again and i highly recommended this beautiful apartment to anyone visiting Warwickshire.
Location. Right in the middle of town, above a pub. Walking distance to Warwick Castle. Excellent internet. Quiet for breakfast, good English breakfast and bread or toasts. Staff was ever so friendly.
Loved the hotel 5 minutes from Warwick center and can get dropped off outside the castle and bus stop outside the hotel. Breakfast was super and rooms was spacious. Staff was very helpful.
the location was amazing and surprisingly quiet. and nice easy access to Warwick castle and the shops and restaurants. the foyer was nice bright welcoming and clean and tidy
