I had a phone call to let me know where the keys would be left. I contacted the owner as we couldn’t get hot water to work, responded and talked me through it and said would come and look at it if any issues. Lovely propert in an idyllic location. Nice and quiet but not far away from other places. Would be lovely to come back when it’s dry and warmer, would be a perfect break!

The facilities in the cottage were great, comfy bed and excellent Wifi. Great parking. Couldn't fault it.
It was remote so you definitely need a car to get to places of interest. Places to eat out (that don't do just burgers and such like) are few and far between. We favoured The Mill House Inn in Trebarwith. We have been there many times on previous visits and there's an excellent choice in nice surroundings. The local shop was quite well stocked and we had no problems getting bits and bobs we needed.
Take things with you to occupy you if the weather is poor. To park at beaches you have to be very quick off the mark in the mornings, particularly this year (2021) when everyone was in Cornwall!! . Unfortunately, we didn't have the weather for beaches :(
