Because we arrived on Sunday and left on Monday, it was all self check in and no breakfast, which was a bit disappointing. We would have stayed at the Globe if we were made aware at the time of booking. The rooms and place itself was lovely.

We had a lovely homemade meal in the evening. Staff are lovely and engage in conversation.we have stayed here a few times,,each time, we have enjoyed our stay..Breakfast is always good and good size portions .our room was nice and cosy,the only issue, is the gap between the shower and the toilet,it is very small, maybe a trim down the edge of the shower would be good, I as both myself and my husband caught ourselves on n the cubicle glass.

Hotel was very modern. Great location in the City Centre. No parking but a large local authority car park at the rear of the hotel but for £10.00 for 24 hrs an NCP car park opposite the front of the hotel. Friendly staff,great breakfast and evening meal.

Quirky small hotel with boutique feel. Nice bar and breakfast areas, lots of art and pictures everywhere. Clean and warm, nice breakfast, very friendly and welcoming staff. Value for money. Very modern bathroom. Nice view out to the sea and coast from window in our room. It is an old building so have to expect some original features such as high ceilings and uneven floors but that adds to the quirky atmosphere. We paid for parking and glad we did as made it really convenient as street parking more challenging depending on time of day. Would stay again.
Very niche but enjoyable. Great atmosphere and very relaxed... Too understand is to visit. To not visit would be your loss. So much quaintness with exceptional relaxation. Always a must for any open minded person to enjoy a quintessential day or two in fabulous Topsham.

Topsham is a great location to explore the estuary towns.
Topsham is a great location to explore the estuary towns. Located on a main train line from Exeter we were able to meet friends in the city for dinner aswell have leisurely days taking the train to coastal towns of Lympstone and Exmouth. Loved hiring some bikes and taking them along the estuary trail, on the ferry to Starcross. Lovely food options in Topsham and highly recommend the pig and pallet smokehouse

Fantastic Hotel. Comfy and homely. Rooms very clean and quiet. Food both breakfast and dinner were brilliant. Staff very friendly and helpful even under pressure due to illness with other staff members. Road slightly busy but room was very quiet.

Topsham is a wonderful place to stay or visit we found the pubs and restaurants as well as cafes plentiful we visited the Beijing Star fryer for chinese take away( excellent) the Lighter inn for dinner (very nice) and
Denleys Essence of India (well worth a visit).
Plenty of shops easy to get around all in one place all in all a good place to stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Quay House in Topsham. It is a beautiful, well equipped and very clean house and everything it says in the advert and more. Nice spacious kitchen, lounge and rooms. Fantastic accommodation in a beautiful location! I can definitely recommend this accommodation.
Gorgeous hotel . Think we had an upgrade as our bedroom was huge . Big comfy bed , luxurious bedding and fabrics . Gorgeous decor . Lots of magazines available to read . Check in man was very helpful and couldn’t do enough for us .
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They accommodated our extra requests. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good quality and they welcomed my friend who was living locally to join us.
