Gorgeous property with wonderful staff throughout. Our room was in one of the converted cottages, beautifully done and we even had an Easter egg left as a gift as it was over Easter weekend. Everywhere was spotless and well presented, food and drink exceptional, perfect place for a romantic getaway.

Upgraded to hotel room on arrival. Spacious bedroom with comfy beds. Tea/coffee facilities and a fridge and safe in the room. The wardrobe had internal light which was very handy. Lovely hot water for a bath. Adjustable radiator in bedroom to get comfortable temperature. Used the on-site restaurant for dinner and had a lovely Italian meal. Great location on the river with a working water wheel. Not far from the bus stop into Bath and buses regular- last return 11.45pm from the main bus station (03 or 13).
Canal ten minutes up the road and can walk this route into the city centre. Beautiful area.
