advertised with an exceptional breakfast but after paying informed kitchen was shut, in fact no staff on premises. told by manager my own fault for booking it through booking.com. offered a refund if we stayed again but if not to contact booking.com and sort it with them.

Location was fab, but we only spent one night and arrived in the dark because of traffic and poor planning, so we didn't get to appreciate the experience. We didn't meet the team, but our communication with them over the booking.com app and phone was easy.

The views from the conservatory where we had breakfast were stunning and quite compensated for the location on the edge of town. Anne our host was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was generous with an array of fresh fruit as well as a cooked breakfast and croissants.

Really beautifully furnished, spacious, cosy accommodation. Very private. Good underfloor heating. Lovely modern kitchen with good facilities. Two nice comfy sofas for relaxing in the evening. Friendly host who generously provided a bottle of prosecco on arrival.
