Peaceful area just 2-3 miles outside Manchester city centre, with free parking.
Room was as expected - compact, simple and clean. This was perfect for a short stay. The breakfast server was very helpful when we mentioned we are vegan and got us an Alpro yoghurt, apples and offered to make us porridge with soy or almond milk. We really appreciated this.
It was nice to be able to make a cup of tea in the room and have a complimentary biscuit, watch some TV and have a shower and a decent sleep.
With a 24-hour front desk and free parking, Diamond Lodge offers cooked breakfasts and free WiFi. Manchester’s lively centre and Manchester City FC's Etihad Stadium are both a 10-minute drive away.

Initially we were offered a room with no window - just a skylight (avoid Room 34!) but this was readily changed by the staff for a comfortable room with a proper window.

Treated to a free upgrade, which was fantastic. Really nice room
The house is lovely. Big open kitchen . Lounge a good size and bedrooms a good size .
Driveway tight and steep so is a bit tricky until you get used to it.
Unfortunately the neighbours dog is very barky when you go in garden . It didn't bother our dog but it could bother other dogs staying at property.
The garden is fully enclosed making it safe for your dog .
The house was clean and smelt fresh .
There were a few things that were missing from your basics ....tin/ bottle opener , hairdryer, no welcome pack to start you off , not the end of the world but would have been handy.
House has plenty of natural light which is lovely .
WiFi worked well.
The host was very helpful and always reachable. On arrival access was very easy .
Would highly recommend this house .
