The staff are so helpful and lovely. We only stayed 1 night, I wish it was longer. Dinner at the hotel was excellent. It gets busy so I would recommend booking. The room had everything you need. We had to leave early the next day as we was running in a local event, the hotel kindly made us a pack lunch instead of breakfast to take on our run.

Simon and Laura were so absolutely wonderful as hosts, they made us feel very welcome. The bar had a lovely atmosphere and the location was great- a stones throw from the beach and really close to public transport links.

Beautiful countryside very quiet and relaxing. Rhiw is within easy reach of lovely beaches within a couple of miles on quiet country roads.
We loved Abersoch and Aberdarren but there are many others in easy reach. Beautiful part of world.

The local National Trust property is the highlight of this rural location and well worth the visit. The local guides had so much to share. If you like the poetry of RS Thomas, pack it, re-read it and soak it in whilst you're there. The sunsets are spectacular and there is a real restfulness about this place. Wild ponies were on the moorland cliffs. Deli in Abersoch sold great food. The Spar in Pwhlleli is amazing - you can stock up there before you get to the property.

The cottage was cosy and warm with a log burner. The view from the lounge window was amazing. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. If you are looking to get away from it all this is the place for you. Location was just perfect for walking the dog and getting out and about exploring. Perfect stay.

Peaceful little hamlet with views of the sea on all sides; fantastic sunsets; nice walks from the door. Easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit on the Lleyn Peninsula though the roads are v narrow in places. Had to drive to pubs and shops.
