Imogen on reception was a delight. She went above and beyond to welcome us and was very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and as it was a birthday treat for my mum, she made it special.

I love Perranporth, very clean, variety of shops and cafes and very dog friendly. The accommodation was only a 10 minute walk away and buses to Newquay regular. You need to arrive early morning to get a space in the car parks as gets extremely busy July/August.

We have been here for the last 6 years. Our 6 year old son loves it too.
This year as the weather was not great for 2 days we planned a theme park & water park. This really helped as you will struggle with things to do if you don’t use the beach.

Not a very big place, one street of very nice shops.Apart from that we travelled around the coast to different places. Weather was very disappointing, so we didn't really walk about. We wouldn't do a return visit unfortunately.

Super location for Perranporth beach is only a short walk away. Private off road Parking was good. We ate out a couple of times and the gluten free pasty from the little shop on the main road was scrumptious(they are bought in reheated but very good)

Sea Break was just perfect for our short break away with my 2 daughters and our dogs. Spotlessly clean and well equipped and Claire was so helpful throughout. The little touches were so thoughtful, thank you - milk in the fridge, biscuits and even dog bowls and treats! The beach is a short walk away over the dunes and a short drive or longer walk into Perranporth itself. The beach is absolutely huge and we had so much space for dog walking. We’d love to return - thanks again.
We have just stayed here for 7 nights and have had the most amazing week. We come to Perranporth every year and have always wanted to stay in The Dunes and it exceeded pur expectation. It's 2 minutes to the beach which was great for the dogs. The apartment was amazing, very clean and great facilities. Caroline & Adam were also very helpful. Thank you for a great week!
Delightful spot, exceptional view of the beach and beyond. Alan and Susan were both so very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Everything in the apartment that we needed to make our stay so enjoyable, and the bathroom was huge! Our morning coffee in the window overlooking Perranporth beach was the highlight of our morning, watching the surfers in the waves.
Perfect and very convenient location to everything in Perranporth. Couldn't be more central and with it's own parking space the issue of parking in Perranporth when busy was not an issue.
The host was very friendly and communication was brilliant with everything very easy.
All amenities that could be needed were in the apartment.
