Clean & warm house, cosy lounge, lovely views across fields from the bright conservatory (stayed in December), quiet at night, Very helpful & communicative owner.
Situated in Newquay’s lively centre, this 3-star hotel offers an impressive cliff-top terrace and bright bedrooms. Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, the restaurant serves fresh local seafood.

I love Perranporth, very clean, variety of shops and cafes and very dog friendly. The accommodation was only a 10 minute walk away and buses to Newquay regular. You need to arrive early morning to get a space in the car parks as gets extremely busy July/August.

We have been here for the last 6 years.
We have been here for the last 6 years. Our 6 year old son loves it too.
This year as the weather was not great for 2 days we planned a theme park & water park. This really helped as you will struggle with things to do if you don’t use the beach.

Not a very big place, one street of very nice shops.Apart from that we travelled around the coast to different places. Weather was very disappointing, so we didn't really walk about. We wouldn't do a return visit unfortunately.

Super location for Perranporth beach is only a short walk away. Private off road Parking was good. We ate out a couple of times and the gluten free pasty from the little shop on the main road was scrumptious(they are bought in reheated but very good)

A great location with breathtaking views over Perranporth but close enough for a short stroll into the town. The owner’s hospitality is second to none and it feels like you are being welcomed into their home rather than staying at a hotel. Simply put, a fantastic little non corporate hotel.
Location was spot on for visits to the beautiful beach at Perranporth and town.
Also great base for visiting north Cornwall and the other stunning beaches and towns.
