The quality of our stay was excellent and we were made very welcome by the owner Liz who keeps everything spotlessly clean. She also provides a good full English prepared just how you like it . Our room overlooked the front and we did experience a little traffic noise but not enough to deter us from highly recommending this property.

North Ferriby is a lovely village with kind residents, an excellent pub and restaurant/take away, and a well stocked Co-op shop. If you like walking you can wander around the outer West Hull Villages from the area and take a walk to the woods and banks of the Humber Estuary. Access to Hull is easy via rail and car, but if you don't like a city the other local villages have everything you need within a short drive.

We stayed for 2 nights at Eastdale Bed & Breakfast and it was exceptional value for money. Considerably better than many hotels we have stayed at. Fantastic, perfectly clean room, with everything we needed for our stay and not to mention delicious cooked to order breakfasts! Liz was a great host, very friendly and couldn't have done any more to ensure our stay was as good as possible. Will definitely book again if we are back in the area again. Thanks Liz!

Everything was exceptional. Beautiful bnb that definitely feels like home. Liz is the very best host because she is focused on you being comfortable and happy. The hotel is exceptional. The location was perfect for me, close to the motorway, easy to get into the city centre and into the villages for family get together. Spotless.

Easy to find with a warm Covid friendly welcome. The entire place was spotless and nicely decorated. Excellent bedroom and bathroom with some of those little extras one would find in better hotels. Very friendly and helpful, nothing seemed too much trouble. Brilliant breakfast finished off our best yet stay away from home.

Covid friendly, warm welcome, newly appointed room, very clean, powerful shower, water and coffee facilities, great breakfast just as I like it and at a great price. Why stay at a large hotel when you can stay at Liz’s B&B.
