    This is a follow-up message to my report yesterday.

    This is a follow-up message to my report yesterday. Having spoken with Panshill, I find that there is no milk provided as part of my deal - previously, I must have used the milk left behind by other guests - and the missing bath towel was probably removed by another guest. Under the circumstances I am prepared to retract my complaint and confirm that Panshill continues to be a perfectly good place to stay. Philip
