Room was clean and functional, food was reasonably priced and very tasty. Nice quiet location despite being next to a pub. Like the way the accommodation was laid out in a chalet style so only had to walk out of the door to smoke.

As we were staying to attend a wedding at Clearwell castle, we didn’t get to use the facilities of the hotel this time but were impressed with what we saw. The room was fine , plenty of comfy bedding towels etc and nice bathroom

The hotel is very nice.The staff are excellent and helpful.The breakfast and meals were all very good.Would definitely stay again and recommend to my friends and family.

Two couples staying - main bedroom with ensuite was lovely. second bedroom not quite so nice and not actually ensuite, bathroom on same level but for main use. Also apartment was on first floor of building which wasn't a problem but there was no mention of it.
