Friendly and attentive staff, hotel and room have plenty character which made for a very pleasant change from many sterile and bland hotels. Room comfortable and adequately equipped, and had a good night’s sleep in a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was good. Llanfair Caereinion is a beautiful part of Wales, quiet and tranquil. We have met some lovely friendly people on our visits. The pubs are all very nice. Ales, beers & food all very good with The Goat Hotel being our favourite. Llanfair feels safe & homely to us.
