Lift not working. staff could not make a tea properly. Never received a copy of my invoice by email which was required because the printer was not working. Full of lager drinking louts.

Beautiful grounds and exceptionally quiet.
Loved the tea, coffee and biscuits in the room.

Nice helpful staff, and clean tidy pleasant rooms...pool too
Dinner was of a very good standard and varied choices.
