Hotel very welcoming weather was lovely outside seating bar area . We were informed we could have breakfast which we booked for and evening meal . All reasonably priced . Room clean was bit hot large shower was 2 single beds mattresses slightly tired but slept well . Situated a little out of town

The owner/manager was very friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect for us and it was very quiet. The room was clean and comfortable and everything we needed was supplied. We would definitely stay there again if ever we needed a hotel in that area.

Location was excellent for the coast & local area. House was welcoming, clean & tidy. Good check in/check out times & we were contacted to say the property was ready slightly earlier. We hope to stay again in the future.
Ideal location for visiting Louth and the coast. Small village shop. Good walks in area and many interesting things to see and activities. Lots of good places to eat nearby. Good quality garden centres within 10 miles.

loved the open space plenty for the our Grandsons.The quietness in the evenings so relaxing .Parking has always been an issue for us so this was perfect.Having a village store in walking distance is great .The playing field a bonus we did not realize it was there it had a lovely park within too.We visited Mablethorpe it was great for the boys and us we did crazy golf and found a lovely Cafe Lady B.
The Cottage was lovely we had all needed felt like home has we all walked in.
