Friendly and helpful staff, spacious bedroom and bedroom, every clean, well equipped, quiet at night although woken several times by noisy sea gulls in morning but not a fault of the hotel. Very good breakfast. Hotel is one minute walk from town centre

Nicely fitted double room with ensuite. Good value and very welcoming. Cheery clientele in the pub downstairs, which did not disturb at all. Some bits of Boston seem a bit rough but this area felt ok

The actual accommodation itself was good, the only reason for my lower marking is we didn't actually meet any staff as it was just a self check in/out.

The 2 badroom apartment was lovely. Everything we needed was available. Very spacious. Location was exceptional, right in the centre of Boston with a beautiful view of The Stump from the windows, literally, steps away. FYI: It was on the top floor, so only able bodied guests. phone contact with management company for keys and password was seamless. Would definitely stay again

It was a very well spaced out bungalow, lovely large kitchen and lounge area. Really cosy and large conservatory which is the only room where you can get the WiFi. If you use Google maps to get to the bungalow it does take you past the entrance so look out for it when you get close.
