One mile from Rotherham town centre and 15 minutes' drive from Sheffield. All rooms include a 32-inch flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi and parking are free.

The photos of the property are not accurate and nor are the room photos. The quality of the rooms are very poor very dirty and it was full of homeless people and drug addicts outside of the property.

Easy to find, Easy to park, Easy to get into the property.

Easy to find, Easy to park, Easy to get into the property. The Living and Dining rooms was spacious enough for all 5 of us to sit around and chat, but you would struggle with 7. The Kitchen was a little under-equipped with utensils for cooking. Also not enough bowls for everyone to have breakfast cereal at the same time. Dinner plates were on the small side. Three very nice and peaceful days and nights rest after our journey from Germany. That said, I would defiantly return.
