Hemsby Holidays, hotel in Hemsby

Hemsby Holidays has a patio and is located in Hemsby, within just 1.3 km of Scratby Beach and 1.6 km of Hemsby Beach.

We often stay in a chalet like this in Hemsby, this one was cheap and cheerful and just what we needed for a few nights away. They are all much the same, very easy to live in and generally quiet if you travel out of season. This chalet has parking close by which is very important for us as my husband isn't as mobile as he was. We liked the outside table and chairs, although the weather was dreadful with icy rain and gale force winds we did manage to sit there for an hour on arrival! All in all a good budget option if you're watching the pennies.

As it was near the end of season when we visited it was surprisingly busy and most of the shops and amusements were open. As it was in term time most of the people were older and not many kids. We had breakfast at a local cafe and used the nearest Chinese take away and they are great. Overall we had a very good time and visited all the local towns and villages.

Hemsby is a lovely old fashioned seaside area.

Hemsby is a lovely old fashioned seaside area. Lots to do for all ages and a beautiful beach. There are so many places to eat and drink. It's very easy to get around. It's a very busy and a full on area in the height of summer so not a place if you want peace and quiet .ideal for families.

Love the walks - from hemsby you can do direct walk on beach...

Love the walks - from hemsby you can do direct walk on beach or fire track to horsey gap to see seals or walk opersit side towards great yarmouth - The life boat service run a charity event every summer every tuesday this year so party on the beach almost - loud music bbq and drink (this year fireworks at 10pm) the do different events each year so a worth while visit Dolphin bar on the long beach estate - absolute wow , fairly cheap good food and a good selection of drinks - they have live music entertainment almost every night "Chris wilson" fab On the hemsby beach theres a pool of water great for swimming in or looking for sea life - tides in pool fills tides out it leaves a massive sea water pool - find things like crabs and starfish which get trapped so great for kids ! Places to avoid - carpark next to the go cart track at night - full of youths smoking weed drinking alcohol playing bad music and they are rude - and avoid the us dinner - not very clean and the grilled food all tastes of a dirty grill ! - mrs bs arcade - workers are rude and due to having to scan card 1st to get tickets not well advertised! with young kids you lose more tickets than you collect so big time waste of money as kids move and put coins in machines before you have chance to swipe card! Silly way of an arcade

I've never been to Hemsby before but it is a great location for a family holiday. The beach was lovely and clean and had toilets near the carpark (pay for parking) So much for the whole family, amusement arcades, country walks or the beach.

Value for money considering the size and number of people it accommodates. Double bedroom, twin room and children's bunk beds in the third bedroom. I think it also had a sofa bed but we didn't need to use it. The site has its own club, cafe, amusements and shop. Hemsby beach and arcades are a short walk. We appreciated that the chalet had a bath as many don't now. There was also a washing machine. Chalet was exactly what we expected for this site, it was clean and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay.

Dog and Family Friendly.. The park and location of the property is excellent. Beautiful South facing property so we had the sun all day. The layout of the property was cosy. The location excellent for access tobshops, beautiful beaches of Hemsby, Scatby and Winterton - ideal for dog walks. Great location for trips to Yarmouth, Gorleston and beyond. Shops, pubs and amusements on your doorstep. Very friendly owner who is helpful. Bed was very comfy.

The caravan was very clean and tidy and smelt very nice especially for an old model caravan, you would expect maybe damp or mould in such places but this caravan was spotless. The location is great with a short walk to the main Hemsby promenade and only a 15min drive from great Yarmouth. The owner was also really friendly and excellent at responding to any questions.

Really quiet location but within easy walking distance to the beach and faiir ground, amusements etc. The chalet was comfy, and well equipped for self catering, they even had an air fryer. Good location to explore all of Norfolk. Winerton beach is so peaceful and great for sunbathing and its dog friendly. Really good value for money.

Very clean, relaxing place to stay. All the things you'd want from home to make it an enjoyable stay. Everything you need in one place and easy walk to shops and beach. Perfect chalet to take our dogs, and the area is very dog friendly too. Loved that there was milk in the fridge and some doughnuts when we arrived.
