Very spacious quiet room and generous sized bathroom. Modern furniture. Lovely polished wooden floor. Delightful view over the large garden with patio doors opening on to terrace. We would have liked to sit out in the garden had it been warmer.

Very warm welcome from both of the managers with traditional afternoon tea in a cosy historic lounge. Room was very clean and has all what needed. Both of the managers went extra mile by prepared takeout breakfast boxes as they don’t normally do. Nice dining area. Food was very nice and exceptionally fresh. Plenty of parking spots.

Guestling Hall was quiet even though near the main road to Rye. Great if you have a car. For dinner the hotel recommended The Three Oaks. The food was excellent with massive portions. Not impressed with Hastings.

Nice place for a weekend. Very clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Good breakfast. The outside areas need a bit of care and attention. The American breakfast doesn’t work and it’s time to put the heating on!

My trip was to meet up with friends who lived near the hotel. I love Hastings and the sea front but it was pouring on my visit. The hotel food if lovely and worth the money. I drove to Hastings so not sure of how easy it is to get around. I found my navigation system worked fine and rerouted me on the easy way to get around the town.
