This is a nice little village which although close to the A14 is quiet & peaceful. There is a local thatched pub a short walk from the accomodation which the host did recommend but on the night we stayed it rained heavily so unfortunately we did not visit it. There is a guided bus which runs from the neighbouring village directly into Cambridge which is both cheap & regular, there is also a nature reserve, which we plan to visit the next time we are in the area.

Ideal for visiting Cambridge, Ely and the surrounding area.

Ideal for visiting Cambridge, Ely and the surrounding area. Lots of beautiful walks in easy reach. The RSBP lakes are on the doorstep, don't forget your binoculars. The Busway to Cambridge is very easy to use, free parking at Swavesey and a ride straight into the centre of Cambridge. The Three Tuns pub in the village is great for food.
