I have stayed her on many times on this occasion was given one of the old rooms very dusty and dirty. Worn out deco, no fan requested fan from staff no response had to go to reception to ask for it got fan 40 min later.
Very disappointed with room and what I paid.
Need more staff on

In the heart of the West Yorkshire Pennines, just off the M62 motorway, this traditional 3-star hotel combines friendly, traditional service with excellent facilities and delicious Italian food.
We had a lovely stay at Farnley Tyas. The place was in a brilliant location with beautiful views from all windows. It was lovely, warm and clean. The open plan kitchen/ dining lounge was nice. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything went smoothly and we visited places that were all within 30 minutes drive away (Canon Hall Farm, Westcar Reservoir, Standedge Tunnels and The Coal Mining Museum). Would definitely consider staying here again! Thank you Yvonne.
