Beautiful accommodation, and attention to interior decor detail was perfect. I only had their breakfast but it’s was spot on.
I rarely give 10/10 but from the moment I arrived till I left I couldn’t fault anything, and the team working there really know how to make someone feel welcome and the service is faultless.
I will definitely stay again ever if it means going out of my way.

I have stayed on a number of occasions and have always been impressed. What did impress me this time were the two receptionist - when I arrived and when I left - high quality, friendly and very professional. I could not have asked for a more welcoming or well-wishing interaction. I also commend the food - one suggestion in box below. The rhubarb compote and panna-cotta was A* grade!

Standard English breakfast with some additional choices. The hotel has a restaurant that serves good quality meals. There are food options available even for those who check in or return back to the hotel late in the night.
The hotel is a bit outside the city but serves well for those visiting the nearby commercial areas. There were some families as well who appeared to be having a good time. The hotel has a swimming pool, gym and even a play area for younger kids.
The rooms are good sized, comfortable bed and no noise at all. Hotel staff is ever willing to help and serve guests with a smile 😊
Majority of the rooms are located on the ground floor- good for those who are not comfortable climbing the stairs.
Overall a complete hotel quite unexpectedly in the outskirts of Chester.

I have stayed here before and Nicola and the facilities never disappoint us- the breakfast is fabulous with local produce and the room is so comfortable including the bed- usually beds elsewhere are so uncomfortable but no such problems with the Hollies and we even take out little ShihPoo with us (who is very well behaved i may add) - we always receive a warm welcome from Nicola and we are always well looked after
We stayed as we just wanted a night away with our 19 month...
We stayed as we just wanted a night away with our 19 month old son as we were taking him to the ice cream farm which is only a 15 min drive from the farndon. We went for a couple of nice walks around the area. We had tea at the hotel and breakfast which were lovely
