The Bath Arms Wetherspoon, hotel in Edington

The Bath Arms Wetherspoon has a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Warminster. The property is around 7 km from Longleat Safari Park, 8 km from Longleat House and 25 km from University of Bath.

The room was comfortable ,spacious and well soundproofed from the pub below. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room plus a telephone . Provided all remains well on next visit, I would recommend the Wetherspoon franchise, Bath arms over the so called popular hotels.

Rose Barn, hotel in Edington

Set in West Lavington and only 20 km from Stonehenge, Rose Barn offers accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking.

The hosts were very generous, letting us shower in their house when the hot water wasn't working in the barn (this isn't normally an issue!) homemade bread and jam and a coffee machine in the barn for breakfast, such a lovely touch! And a great location, very close to the Ridgeway for cycling/hiking. A good stop for those cycling the King Alfred's Way
