Charming, traditional farmhouse. Lots of lovely touches to make us feel welcome - eg log fire to come home to after dinner out, tea and biscuits in bedroom, interesting books to dip into etc. Deb was incredibly friendly and hospitable and served us a royal feast at breakfast. We loved all the local and homemade produce. Yum!

When we last stayed with you in passing we were told that you were gradually decorating and refurnishing the hotel. It's quiet obvious that his has been carried out, and well done. We loved our room which was a lot more spacious than some. Lovely decor too.

Room comforrtable, bed could have been made up tidier, for better presentation. Breakfast was good. Evening meal only can say it was adequate, limited menu, basic food as long as you had chips.
