The very warm welcome from the owners, the information and safety information provided by the owners. The bedroom was so so clean, the bed was so comfortable, very quiet and always asked if everything was okay. The location is perfect as it’s so close to everything. We loved the decor in the bedroom - we loved it so much we have booked again for August and we will be staying here due to the lovely owners and the location. You get more for your money when you stay here. Don’t be put off by lack of parking, you can easily park on the road. We were lucky to park right outside as it’s first come first serve. Thank you to Paula and her partner for such a wonderful stay.. we cannot wait to return xx

The breakfast was fantastic, the hash Browns were the best, the bacon could have been cooked a little better as I'm not a person who likes bacon fat.
The whole 3 night stay was great, the bed was comfortable the food in the restaurant was reasonably priced and me and my partner will be staying again.

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff were lovely and the room, 117, was clean and modern with a great view of the sea.
My daughter stayed in room 102, which was in the basement and was nice and quiet.
On check-in, you are given a 10% discount card for Wolfies Wine Bar and Restaurant next door. The food is lovely, the portions are generous and the staff are friendly. The restaurant upstairs has a great view, and downstairs have cosy booths.
The location of the hotel is perfect. We would definitely stay there again, especially with it being adults only.
Situated on the Skegness’s North Promenade seafront, North Parade Seafront Accommodation offers limited free parking and an on-site restaurant. Rooms overlook the bowling green or rose gardens.
