B&B was of high quality. Rooms were comfortable and Immaculate. Good facilities and lovely cooked breakfast. The owners were lovely people and would definitely have this on my list for my next stay in Skegness.

The room was a little small but had everything we needed.
It was clean, warm ( very important to me) had a lovely selection of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits.
One small negative they were only a few hooks to hang clothes, this was ok as only stayed one night but if I was there for a week it would have not been enough (I always take a lot of clothes).
Lastly the breakfast was lovely, hot and clean. The owner Barbara was very friendly and helpful.
Would I stay again, definitely.

Lovely Lodge in a real peaceful and quiet location. Hot tub was brilliant. Such a lovely place to relax, had a really nice evening there and slept well. Really good value for money. Loved the garden area.
