Very friendly and nice staff. When we arrived in the hotel for the check-in we were welcomed by the receptionist in an exceptionally nice way, which made us feel at home straight away!
Very pleasant and refurbished rooms, better than expected, the more so since the rating of the hotel was only 7.4 - 7.8. I think it deserves a 9!
Breakfast and dinner in the hotel were very good.
Many small areas with sofa's to seat in the hotel. On the whole a lovely old Georgian building.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I have mobility issues and our original room ( which was amazing) was a bit difficult for me. On our second night they very kindly moved us to an equally amazing room which was easier for me to get around.
I cannot fault our stay. Breakfasts were great and the food in the restaurant was excellent.

Very comfortable room in a lovely house down a quiet lane near Claverdon. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, a perfect location which worked very well for attending a family wedding nearby, the house is about 5 minutes drive from the Jct 15 of the M40 so a great location too.
